Job Description & Discipline

Operating within the IT/Digital Transformation discipline, this role is centered on driving business intelligence and supporting cutting-edge AI implementation across the organization.

Job Accountabilities

Power BI Development

• Dashboard Design: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and interactive reports tailored to evolving business needs.

• Data Connectivity: Seamlessly connect Power BI to various structured and unstructured data sources, including Excel, SQL Server, and SharePoint.

• Data Preparation: Perform robust data cleaning, complex transformation, and data modeling to ensure effective, accurate visualization.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate directly with business users to gather functional requirements and iteratively refine reporting outputs.

AI Implementation & Support

• Tool Exploration: Actively explore, evaluate, and test emerging AI tools relevant to diverse business use cases.

• Productivity Use Cases: Propose and implement small-scale AI use cases designed to measurably improve team productivity.

• Project Documentation: Assist in documentation, progress tracking, and knowledge-sharing activities centered around deployed AI tools.

• Adoption Campaigns: Maintain detailed project trackers and support internal awareness campaigns to drive employee AI adoption.

• AI Enablement: Actively participate in internal AI enablement projects and contribute to strategic champion presentations.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, & Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

• Experience: 1+ years of proven, hands-on experience in Power BI development or corporate dashboard reporting.

• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in writing DAX, utilizing Power Query, and structuring data models.

• Ecosystem Familiarity: Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 suite (specifically Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot).

• Core Competencies: Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Mindset: Highly passionate about AI-driven digital transformation, with a proactive willingness to experiment, learn, and implement new technologies.
