Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the evolution of scalable, high-frequency financial platforms ensuring zero-downtime and absolute data integrity.

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through complex product lifecycles, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.

• Drive the implementation of advanced cybersecurity protocols and regulatory compliance standards across the entire tech stack.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering roadmaps with aggressive market expansion and revenue goals.

• Optimize resource allocation and technology spend while dismantling technical debt to ensure long-term system agility.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive leadership experience within Fintech, Banking, or high-volume transactional environments.

• Deep mastery of modern microservices, cloud infrastructure, and secure payment gateways.

• Proven track record of scaling engineering departments from the ground up.

• Exceptional command of English and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
