The Role
We are seeking a proactive Executive – Plant Lean Enterprise to be a driving force of operational excellence. You will coordinate the implementation of MAS Operating System (MOS) calibration pillars—including Policy Deployment (PD), TPM, and Quick Changeover (QCO)—ensuring the plant achieves its strategic Hoshin KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean learning.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Monitoring

Policy Deployment: Develop and monitor the Policy Deployment pillar, conducting weekly “Strategy Reviews” at both plant and departmental levels to ensure alignment with Hoshin targets.

KPI Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly KPI achievements, highlighting deviations to management and driving root-cause problem-solving to mitigate performance gaps.

Goal Alignment: Develop individual goal sheets for executive members, ensuring objective deployment is clearly understood and actionable.
Operational Excellence & Project Management

MOS Implementation: Lead the implementation of MOS calibration pillars (PD, TPM, QCO) in collaboration with project teams to hit specified SBU targets.

Project Coordination: Schedule project meetings, develop timelines with project champions, and lead problem-solving initiatives whenever targets are at risk.

Technical Reviews: Facilitate weekly KPI review mechanisms for Knitting (KN) and Packing (PK), working collaboratively with Heads of Departments (HODs) to improve current operational states.
Learning, Development & Audit

Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a Lean Learning & Development lead, conducting JFB training for executives and creating upgraded learning materials.

Culture Building: Promote an MOS culture by analyzing feedback from consultants and internal resources, sharing best practices across the business unit.

Audit Readiness: Maintain all MOS-related procedures for internal and external audits, conducting pre-assessments and ensuring that feedback from previous audits is fully addressed.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:

Academic Background: A Degree in Textile Technology, Physical Science, or a related engineering discipline.

Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within a lean manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
Skills & Competencies:

Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable problem-solving steps.

Communication: Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.

Technical Lean Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean tools such as TPM, QCO, and Strategy Deployment.

Collaborative Spirit: A proactive team player who can lead change and develop the next generation of lean change agents.
