Job Summary
As the Director of Well-being, you will oversee the comprehensive operations of the spa and wellness facilities at the ultra-luxury Bulgari Resort Ranfushi. This executive role involves supervising all spa programs, salon services, fitness and wellness initiatives, and reception operations. You will act as a key department head, driving financial performance, cultivating a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of the timeless glamour and heritage associated with the Bulgari brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Financial Management

Departmental Oversight: Direct all spa areas, including skin care, massage, fitness, and reservations, ensuring seamless execution of services.

Budgetary Control: Manage the spa budget, review operating statements, and control expenses related to amenities, linens, and professional products.

Retail Management: Select vendors, manage contract agreements, and oversee product research, purchasing, and visual merchandising.

Revenue Strategy: Monitor sales and payroll to meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining competitive market positioning.
Sales, Marketing & Revenue Growth

Promotional Strategy: Develop and manage spa promotions, holiday events, and co-op marketing efforts.

Group Services: Create bespoke wellness experiences and gifting programs for group guests, including contract negotiations and custom invitations.

Market Innovation: Identify and recommend new wellness products and service enhancements to stay ahead of global luxury trends.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Hospitality Leadership: Exemplify elite customer service standards, creating an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury for all guests.

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:

Option A: A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in spa, guest services, or sales and marketing leadership.

Option B: A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in spa or luxury hospitality management.
