The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant – Human Resources to join our team in Ratmalana. In this role, you will execute core talent management functions, ensuring that our HR processes effectively attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will be a key contributor to building high-performance teams that drive the long-term success of our manufacturing and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Payroll Support

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all tasks related to payroll processing with a goal of zero audit failures for both manufacturing and executive staff.

  • Documentation: Maintain 100% accuracy and strict confidentiality in all employee documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and management standards.

  • Process Facilitation: Support general HR and administration processes to meet the administrative and statutory needs of all employees across the division.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Engagement Initiatives: Execute activities according to the annual engagement calendar, including annual trips, religious celebrations, and departmental events, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Culture Building: Help establish a strong work culture by promoting employee suggestions, Quality Circles, and a “Kaizen” mindset using modern problem-solving tools.

Talent Management

  • Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews.

  • System Management: Utilize HRIS systems to maintain up-to-date employee records and facilitate data-driven HR decisions.


Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Academic Background: A Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.

  • Experience: Successful completion of a 6-month HR internship.

  • Industry Knowledge: Foundational experience in employee lifecycle management and hands-on exposure to HR operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.

  • Communication: Sound communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.

  • Meticulousness: A high level of attention to detail, particularly regarding payroll data and legal documentation.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A proactive team player with the ability to manage employee engagement events and foster a collaborative spirit.
