Customer Support Agent – Intervest Software Technologies

Intervest is scouting for a high-empathy, technically adept Customer Support Agent to join our international service desk. This isn’t a traditional call center role; we need a proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex software environments to provide meaningful solutions. You will be the primary advocate for our global users, ensuring their technical hurdles are cleared with speed, intelligence, and professional courtesy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries regarding proprietary software platforms via multiple digital communication channels.

  • Document recurring system behaviors and user feedback to assist engineering teams in product refinement.

  • Guide diverse users through complex troubleshooting steps with clarity and patience to ensure high first-contact resolution rates.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of support tickets, ensuring all service level agreements are consistently met.

  • Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams to stay updated on the latest software deployments and feature updates.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer-facing role, preferably within the IT sector.

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in navigating web-based applications and basic database queries.

  • Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
