Fits Holidays is searching for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to accelerate our digital growth and customer acquisition. This role is built for a technical marketer who views every rupee spent as an investment in measurable results. You will be the architect of our paid media ecosystem, moving beyond basic awareness to drive high-intent traffic and conversions across the global travel market. We need a strategist who can dismantle complex datasets to uncover hidden ROI and optimize our presence across competitive search and social landscapes.
Core Responsibilities:

Design and execute high-conversion campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging travel-specific display networks.

Monitor real-time performance metrics to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative assets for maximum efficiency.

Conduct rigorous A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to systematically lower customer acquisition costs.

Analyze attribution models to understand the multi-touch journey of international travelers and refine spend accordingly.

Generate transparent, actionable reports that translate technical marketing data into commercial insights for leadership.
Professional Profile:

Proven experience managing significant performance budgets with a focus on ROI.

Deep technical knowledge of GTM, GA4, and pixel implementation.
