Key Responsibilities:

Support diverse departmental workflows to ensure all guest-facing and back-of-house areas meet Marriott’s rigorous quality benchmarks.

Monitor facility inventory and equipment, reporting discrepancies or maintenance needs immediately to prevent service interruptions.

Facilitate smooth logistics for guest arrivals, departures, and special events through proactive coordination with front-line teams.

Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols to provide a secure environment for visitors and staff alike.

Respond to real-time operational requests with a sense of urgency and a commitment to service excellence.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or facility operations is highly advantageous.
