Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to guarantee adherence to global brand standards.

• Coordinate complex cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning projects to maintain the resort’s premium assets.

• Manage inventory levels for linens, amenities, and chemicals while optimizing departmental costs.

• Mentor and train floor staff to elevate service delivery and efficiency through consistent coaching.

• Address guest feedback immediately with creative solutions to enhance their stay experience.

Qualifications:

• Extensive supervisory experience within a five-star resort or luxury hotel environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Deep knowledge of modern cleaning technologies and fabric care.

• Exceptional communication skills and a professional presence.
