Job Summary

The Sales Centre Manager is responsible for proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing sales opportunities to drive resort revenue. This role focuses on building high-value, long-term customer relationships and ensuring that all booked business is transitioned seamlessly to the operations team for exceptional service delivery. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, achieve personal sales targets, and serve as a key representative of the Sheraton brand.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Lead Generation

  • Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through targeted sales calls, site inspections, FAM trips, and trade shows.

  • Community Engagement: Develop local community relationships to expand the customer base and identify new business leads.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with off-property sales channels to ensure efforts are coordinated and aligned with resort objectives.

Sales Execution & Revenue Maximization

  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and economic factors to effectively position the resort.

  • End-to-End Sales: Execute the operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals, drafting contracts, and managing customer correspondence.

  • Business Turnover: Provide accurate and comprehensive turnover to the Event Management team to ensure flawless execution.

  • Strategic Selling: Identify and close the most profitable opportunities based on market conditions and resort needs.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Loyalty Drive: Support the company’s service strategy by delivering excellence at every touchpoint, fostering long-term customer loyalty.

  • Guest Feedback: Interact with guests and clients to obtain feedback on service levels and product quality, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.

  • Role Modeling: Set a positive example for guest relations and uphold the daily service basics of the company.


Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Option 1: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related major; 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related professional field.

  • Option 2: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in a related major; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.

Core Skills:

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of target customer segments and service expectations.
