The Role

As an Intern – Quality Assurance, you will be a driving force of change by supporting our QA team in maintaining the highest standards of product excellence. This role is designed for a data-driven individual who can analyze complex quality metrics and visualize trends to help the manufacturing floor achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Sectional Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis within the QA Sewing Section to identify quality patterns and operational bottlenecks.

• Trend Visualization: Create and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into quality trends.

• Insight Sharing: Present analytical findings and strategic insights clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.

Customer & Feedback Management

• Feedback Loops: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share findings across the production team.

• Continuous Improvement: Assist the QA team in translating data insights into practical quality enhancement initiatives on the production floor.

Candidate Profile

Education & Technical Skills:

• Qualifications: Currently an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Physical Science or Statistics.

• Statistical Mastery: Strong foundational knowledge in Statistics and its application in a manufacturing context.

• Software Proficiency: High level of proficiency in Power BI and the MS Office suite.

Core Competencies:

• Communication: Excellent English speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical audiences.

• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity for data and a dedicated approach to problem-solving.
