Position Summary

As the Marketing & Communications Manager for this exciting pre-opening project, you will lead the creative direction, public relations, and digital marketing strategies for the property. You will be responsible for building the brand’s presence in the Singapore market, ensuring that all communications—from web content to print media—align with Hilton’s global standards and deliver a memorable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Collateral

  • Creative Service: Act as the internal creative lead for all departments (Sales, Marketing, Owner Services), ensuring all materials reflect the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements.

  • Collateral Development: Plan and execute the production of all print, web, and online marketing collateral.

  • Vendor Management: Manage and negotiate with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality production and cost-efficiency.

Public Relations & Advertising

  • Media Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive advertising and PR plan, including media buying, creative visuals, and strategic messaging.

  • Press Relations: Plan and lead all press-related activities, including press releases, conferences, briefings, and media tours to generate buzz for the hotel opening.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other division managers to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business goals.
