The Role

As an Intern – HR Business Partnering, you will provide vital support to the HRBP team in managing the employee lifecycle and internal talent movements. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how HR functions within a large-scale manufacturing environment, focusing on coordination, data integrity, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Coordination & Mobility

  • Interview Logistics: Coordinate with cluster HR Business Partners to facilitate and provide consent for the release of candidates for interviews.

  • Internal Transfers: Follow up on and communicate possible release dates for internally finalized candidates to ensure smooth transitions between departments.

  • Verification: Assist in the follow-up and processing of ex-employee reference clearances.

Data Management & Reporting

  • HRIS Maintenance: Assist in the timely updating of the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports related to the employee lifecycle to support management in data-driven decision-making.

  • Tracking: Maintain and update internal trackers to keep employee information current and organized.

Engagement & Support

  • Employee Experience: Support HR Business Partners in organizing and executing various employee engagement activities and events.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the HR department, ensuring that day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently.


Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a full or partial qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized University or Institute.

  • Technical: Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Word).

  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities.

Personal Attributes:

  • Proactive: A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward adapting to new challenges.

  • Organized: High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
