Sysco LABS is seeking a visionary Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our high-scale enterprise platforms. This role is designed for a hands-on technical authority who excels at architecting resilient .NET solutions and mentoring elite engineering squads. You will be instrumental in modernizing our global supply chain ecosystem, ensuring that our infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and capable of handling massive transactional volumes for the world’s foodservice leader.
Core Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee the development of robust, cloud-native applications utilizing the .NET ecosystem and microservices architecture.

Drive technical excellence through rigorous code reviews, design sprints, and the implementation of advanced CI/CD pipelines.

Lead cross-functional teams to dismantle technical debt and optimize system performance for high-availability environments.

Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.

Foster an engineering culture centered on iterative learning, security-first coding, and disciplined execution.
Professional Profile:

Extensive experience in software engineering with a primary focus on .NET Core, C#, and Azure/AWS.

Mastery of modern architectural patterns, including DDD, Event Sourcing, and RESTful APIs.

Proven leadership capability with a track record of guiding senior engineers through complex project lifecycles.
