EY is seeking a high-caliber Senior PMO lead to orchestrate large-scale transformation projects within our global consulting framework. This role is designed for a strategic navigator capable of managing the intricate intersection of Cybersecurity, ERP implementations, and Financial Risk compliance. We need a disciplined professional who can translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable governance, ensuring that multi-million dollar initiatives remain on track, under budget, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce rigorous project governance frameworks across diverse workstreams, including digital security and ERP migrations.

• Manage high-level stakeholder reporting, providing transparent insights into project health, financial variances, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Optimize resource allocation across global teams to ensure critical milestones are met without compromising quality.

• Drive the integration of Risk and Compliance protocols into the project lifecycle to safeguard organizational integrity.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve dependencies and eliminate operational silos.

Professional Profile:

• Extensive experience in a PMO leadership role, specifically within IT, Finance, or Cybersecurity sectors.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification with a deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical skills and mastery of project management software.

• Proven ability to influence executive-level decision-makers in a global corporate environment.
