Fortude is seeking a strategic and analytical Team Lead to spearhead our Resource Management function. This critical role acts as the bridge between global project demand and our elite technical talent pool. We need a forward-thinking leader who can optimize workforce utilization, anticipate future skill requirements, and ensure that the right experts are deployed to the right initiatives at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate global resource allocation strategies to maximize billable utilization and project success rates.

• Analyze pipeline visibility to identify potential talent gaps and collaborate with recruitment for proactive hiring.

• Manage a centralized resource database, ensuring high data integrity for real-time decision-making.

• Facilitate conflict resolution when competing project priorities arise, balancing business needs with consultant well-being.

• Develop comprehensive reporting on bench aging, skill distribution, and future capacity forecasts for executive leadership.

Professional Profile:

• Extensive experience in resource planning or workforce management within the IT services sector.

• Mastery of ERP or PSA tools and advanced data visualization techniques.

• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong leadership presence and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
