We need a master storyteller who understands the intricacies of the Sri Lankan media landscape and possesses the strategic depth to manage complex public relations campaigns. This role is for a proactive negotiator and writer who can secure premium coverage while safeguarding brand reputations through meticulous crisis management and stakeholder engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies that align with client business objectives and market positioning.

• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key journalists, editors, and digital influencers across the island.

• Draft compelling press releases, executive speeches, and thought-leadership articles with linguistic precision.

• Lead crisis communication efforts by identifying potential risks and deploying swift, tactical responses.

• Monitor media sentiment and provide data-backed insights to refine ongoing outreach tactics.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive background in public relations, journalism, or corporate affairs.

• Established network within mainstream and digital media houses in Sri Lanka.

• Superior English writing skills and the ability to simplify complex corporate data.

• Strong presentation abilities and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
