Key Purpose of the Job

The Manager – Human Resources & Administration oversees employee relations and personnel management across the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for driving and implementing the Works HR strategy across geographies, ensuring full statutory compliance, managing active engagement with labor and government authorities, and strictly adhering to organizational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Alignment: Develop and execute the SBU Works HR strategy in close alignment with overarching business goals and Group-wide plans.

  • Operational Execution: Ensure effective, consistent, and seamless HR policy implementation across all designated factories.

  • Compliance & Corporate Rollouts: Oversee total statutory compliance with local labor laws and spearhead the smooth rollout of Group HR initiatives.

  • Employee Relations & Welfare: Drive employee engagement, welfare programs, retention strategies, and structured grievance management workflows to maintain a positive workplace culture.

  • Team & Resource Management: Manage daily Works HR operations and plant teams, including strategic manpower planning and payroll coordination.

Education and Experience (Requirements)

  • Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 plus years of mandatory, proven experience leading the Works HR function within a large-scale manufacturing plant or factory environment.
