We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Executive – Maintenance to join our team at the Madampe manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong experience in plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, performance-driven setting.

Position: Executive-Maintenance (Electrical)

Location: Madampe Manufacturing Facility 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of plant and machinery to meet performance targets.
• Perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Record and manage equipment history efficiently, ensuring proper documentation within the SAP PM Module.
• Lead, train, and ensure discipline within the team to consistently meet labor performance targets.
• Ensure seamless compliance with ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001, 22000:2018, 45001:2018) by maintaining and optimizing procedures, while driving effective Corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with stores to guarantee seamless availability of essential spare parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant systems and processes.
• Ability and willingness to work on a shift basis to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or NDT/HNDE/NDES in Electrical Engineering.

   

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

   

• Foundational understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and HACCP is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and adaptable individual with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to work on a shift basis.
