Manager – Digital Transformation
This strategic new role is established to drive efficiency by eliminating manual processes, automating workflows, and pioneering our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) journey. Key Responsibilities

Drive our enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap

Pioneer our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) journey and establish the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Digital Transformation

Drive Process Optimisation, Digital Workflows, IFS ERP (tasks), and Business Analysis
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering

Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Digital Transformation, Process improvement or transformation roles
-
Experience in IFS ERP, Lean Six Sigma
-
Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering at least one end-to-end RPA implementation
Skills & Competencies
-
Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
-
RPA certification (UiPath, AA, or Blue Prism)
-
PMP / PRINCE2
-
ITIL Foundation
