RPA Developer

Join our Digital Transformation team as an RPA Developer to drive operational efficiency and digital excellence. We are seeking a dedicated professional responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robotic process automation solutions using UiPath. You will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with business analysts, process owners, and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver robust, end-to-end solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Build complete automation solutions, managing the full lifecycle from process discovery and design through development, UAT, and production deployment

• Integrate automations with various third-party applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document process flows (PDD/SDD), assess automation feasibility, and translate requirements into technical specifications

• Configure and manage bots via UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, queues, assets, and triggers, while monitoring performance and performing timely remediation

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and change logs

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework, participate in CoE initiatives, and stay current with UiPath platform updates and industry trends

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience with a demonstrable RPA project portfolio will be considered

• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiARD) or equivalent UiPath certification

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in RPA development with at least one successful end-to-end UiPath automation delivered to production

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full automation lifecycle: process analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

• Proven experience with UiPath Studio (classic and modern design experience) and UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling and asset configuration

• Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms in UiPath, and working knowledge of at least one complementary technology: SQL, VBA, Python, or .NET/C#

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or Process Mining modules

• Exposure to REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework) architecture

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

• Basic understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and JSON/XML data handling
