This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a multi-channel environment, turning complex travel inquiries into seamless bookings. You will be the technical pivot point between global suppliers and our clientele, ensuring every itinerary is executed with absolute accuracy. Core Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate end-to-end booking processes for international flights, accommodation, and curated tours using global distribution systems.

• Validate itinerary details and pricing to ensure maximum accuracy before finalizing customer documentation.

• Negotiate with partner vendors and ground operators to secure competitive rates and inventory availability.

• Resolve complex booking amendments and cancellations with speed to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

• Analyze market trends and inventory updates to provide proactive recommendations to the sales department.

Professional Profile:

• Previous experience in travel reservations, ticketing, or the hospitality industry.

• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and online booking engines.

• Exceptional command of English with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse time zones.

• Resilient mindset with a focus on hitting service-level targets in a deadline-driven environment.
