Job Profile

The Data Analyst will transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic decision-making, ensuring that our leadership team has the insights needed to drive company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Capture and document end-user requirements for BI reporting, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards.

  • Strategic Insight: Provide data-driven recommendations to top management to support high-level business decisions.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Support client relationships and collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions and meet specific customer needs.

  • Solution Design: Responsible for designing innovative analytical solutions aimed at improving the growth and operational performance of the company.

  • Innovation & Research: Foster a culture of ongoing innovation within the team by introducing new tools and workflows. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and data research.


Personal Profile

We are looking for an analytical mind with a creative touch—someone who can make complex data accessible and engaging.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in at least one major data visualization tool is required, with a strong preference for Power BI.

  • Proven Track Record: 1–2 years of experience in designing and developing dashboards and self-service data tools that drive business outcomes.

  • Education: A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification is a significant advantage.

  • Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A smart, outgoing, and professional personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within diverse teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
