Core Responsibilities:

• Verify the integrity of financial documentation and applicant data to ensure comprehensive file completion.

• Conduct rigorous background checks and credit assessments in accordance with specific institutional lending policies.

• Liaise with external stakeholders and internal underwriters to resolve discrepancies and expedite the approval pipeline.

• Maintain organized digital records and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on application status.

• Identify potential risks or fraudulent activities during the vetting process to protect organizational interests.

Professional Profile:

• Previous experience in banking operations, mortgage processing, or a similar financial BPO role.

• Exceptional numerical aptitude and a high level of proficiency in data management software.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills to facilitate international client coordination.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to global data protection regulations.
