Jetwing Travels Sri Lanka is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team and support strategic growth within the travel and tourism industry. As a Senior Executive, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional travel experiences and maintaining strong industry relationships to ensure our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tour Management: Handle incoming inquiries and design comprehensive, high-quality travel itineraries tailored to client needs.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end booking process, including accurate costings and final reservations.

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead hotel contracting efforts and manage rate negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and value.

  • Supplier Relations: Manage supplier registrations and maintain meticulous document management protocols.

  • Market Development: Focus on service delivery and relationship building, particularly for the UK, European, and Australian markets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Industry Background: 3–5 years of proven experience in the inbound travel industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling travel itineraries, hotel contracting, and costings is essential.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Interpersonal Skills: An outgoing personality with excellent public relations (PR) and negotiation capabilities.

  • Independence: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience managing clients and agents from UK, European, and Australian markets.
