We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer portfolios

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business decisions

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Strong organizational and leadership skill

• Maintain excellent customer relationships, internal coordination and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement

• Age below 35 years

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

• Location – within 15 Km from the Katunayake EPZ
