About the Company
CFO Plans is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role involves directly engaging with business owners and executive decision-makers in the US market, building strategic outbound relationships, and generating qualified meetings for our suite of companies.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Build, maintain, and grow a healthy sales pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and lead generation.

B2B Engagement: Confidently connect and build rapport with business owners, professionals, and key decision-makers across the US market.

Meeting Generation: Qualify prospective clients effectively and schedule high-value introductory meetings for the sales team.

CRM Management: Utilize outbound sales tools and CRM systems to track communication, manage pipeline data, and monitor performance metrics.

Independent Execution: Navigate ambiguity confidently while working independently to meet regional outreach and pipeline objectives.
What We’re Looking For (Candidate Profile)

Experience: 1–3 plus years of proven experience in business development, outbound sales, or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English communication and professional writing skills are mandatory.

Professionalism: High level of confidence speaking with international professionals, paired with strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and self-motivation.

Market Familiarity: Prior experience working directly with US-based clients, prospects, or target accounts is considered a major plus.

Technical Aptitude: Preferred familiarity with standard CRMs or contemporary outbound sales acceleration tools.
Working Hours & Compensation

Shift Schedule: This role strictly follows US Pacific working hours to align with our target market (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Sri Lanka Time).

Remuneration Package: LKR 150,000 base salary + attractive performance-based commissions.
