JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – CREDIT CONTROLLER 

Job Description

• Support in monitoring customer balances and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in maintaining accurate receipting and credit note processing.
• Help prepare basic AR reports and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams on payment follow-ups and queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Support customer communication for collections and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• GCE O/L & A/L (Part qualification in Credit Management is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/L, including a “C” grade in Mathematics.
• 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
