Executive – International Sourcing

Job Description : 

• Source and develop relationships with international suppliers, manufacturers, and consolidators
• Identify and evaluate new products and categories for import
• Conduct supplier assessments and negotiate competitive pricing and terms
• Finalize product selections and manage procurement processes
• Coordinate shipment orders and oversee all pre-shipment activities
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate sourcing, procurement, and shipment records
• Coordinate with the Finance team for supplier payments and documentation
• Work closely with the Marketing team to support new product launches and promotional activities

 

Candidate Profile : 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in international sourcing, procurement, or import operations
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of international trade, shipping, and import procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
