Senior Lead GenAI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead GenAI Engineer with a deep expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies. In this role, you will spearhead AI/ML engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence to develop cutting-edge solutions that transform user experiences and optimize operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Develop: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of advanced generative AI models and agentic frameworks.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities for AI integration.

  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices in AI/ML development.

  • R&D: Conduct ongoing research into emerging AI trends and technologies to keep our project roadmap at the forefront of the industry.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the reliability and performance of AI models through rigorous testing, validation, and optimization.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project milestones, technical complexities, and results to key stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • AI Expertise: Strong mastery of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

  • Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.

  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Engineering Foundations: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and robust software engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Specialized Domains: Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.

  • Ethical AI: Knowledge of bias mitigation strategies and ethical AI implementation practices.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Track Record: 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven history of delivering successful Generative AI projects.
