Role Purpose
The Senior Manager – Quality & Technical oversees the quality and technical standards of manufactured merchandise to ensure all customer requirements are met. You are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to quality guidelines and technical procedures within your designated section.
Key Responsibilities

Standards Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to both quality and technical procedures based on specific customer requirements.

Problem Resolution: Utilize relevant statistical tools to identify and resolve routine quality issues effectively.

Data Management: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of MIS reports and technical documentation in line with company formats.

Leadership: Supervise and manage the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Education & Experience

Education: Advanced Level qualification, Diploma, or Certificate in Clothing Technology.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a Quality function.

Advanced knowledge of Sewing Techniques and Fabric Know-how.
