About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support across a range of enterprise applications, ERP systems, and integrated business platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting capabilities, ERP support experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality user support and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in resolving application issues, supporting business-critical systems, maintaining system performance and security, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Ideal Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar Application Support or ERP support role
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP and CRM platforms within business-critical environments
- ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable
- Dynamics 365 qualification and Information Systems degree are advantageous
Technical Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and application support capabilities
- Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise application support
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 CRM environments
- Knowledge of Power Automate and automated form management solutions
- Experience configuring and managing APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages is desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI and reporting solutions is advantageous
- Exposure to custom Power Apps, .NET IIS SQL applications, HubSpot, Resco, and financial reporting systems is beneficial
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent relationship-building and user engagement skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train end users effectively
- Ability to document technical processes and maintain system knowledge repositories
- Collaborative approach with experience working across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities
Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolution of application issues in collaboration with application vendors and internal stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve incidents impacting application functionality, availability, and performance
- Provide Level 2 technical and functional support for ERP and CRM system users
- Ensure prompt ticket handling, customer communication, and adherence to service level expectations
System Administration & Performance
- Undertake system tuning and scaling activities to improve performance and security
- Manage application security profiles in line with IT security principles
- Support enterprise systems including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, HubSpot, Resco, Prophix, and custom .NET applications
- Support API configurations, integrations, and automation workflows
User Support & Documentation
- Deliver onboarding activities and end-user training sessions
- Maintain system documentation, training materials, and operational knowledge bases
- Provide guidance to users on best practices and system functionality
- Evaluate system inefficiencies and recommend process or operational improvements
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to support business operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across applications and processes
- Ensure compliance with organisational quality, safety, and operational standards
- Support additional responsibilities aligned with the role and technical skillset when required
