Senior Executive – Corporate Secretarial Division

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and willing to pursue a career in our dynamic Corporate Secretarial Division.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of Board, Audit, and other Sub-Committee meeting minutes.
• Handling statutory forms at the Registrar of Companies.
• Liaising with Colombo Stock Exchange.

Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Secretary or Attorney at Law or LLB degree.
• Two years of experience in Company Secretarial work.
• Proficient in the English language with excellent writing skills.
• Sound knowledge in Company Law and Corporate Governance is an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
