The Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Executive – Quality Management System to oversee our ISO standards and operational efficiency. This role is unique in its blend of technical quality management, sustainability coordination, and high-level administrative support. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Marine Operations Division’s strategic goals.

Job Accountabilities

Quality & Process Improvement

  • ISO Coordination: Maintain and coordinate the Quality Management System (ISO), overseeing both internal and external audits and reporting on system effectiveness to senior management.

  • Operational Excellence: Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, control costs, and ensure rigorous compliance across all departments.

  • SOP Development: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination.

  • KPI Management: Monitor, measure, and report on organizational and departmental KPIs under the ICE framework, driving targeted improvements.

Sustainability & ESG

  • Environmental Stewardship: Support sustainability and ESG initiatives, including data collection and reporting for the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) 2027 and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Marine Operations Oversight: Manage administrative functions for the Marine Operations Division, including the renewal of licenses, agreements, and insurance policies.

  • Office & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service providers and vendors, manage travel arrangements, and provide PA or front-office support as necessary.

  • Executive Assistance: Assist the Director with the preparation of high-level reports, presentations, and publications, ensuring accurate meeting minutes and documentation.


Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

  • Experience: A minimum of 03 years of work experience in a similar capacity.

  • Certifications: Professional certification in ISO 9001 (Lead/Internal Auditor), Lean, or Six Sigma is a distinct advantage.

Core Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and process improvement methodologies.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize complex tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in the MS Office suite for reporting and presentations.
