The Role
The Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key corporate accounts. This role focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships, driving consistent revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through strategic account management and tailored service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-value corporate accounts.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute corporate sales strategies that align with broader divisional objectives.

Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities within both existing accounts and untapped corporate segments.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Commercial Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the finalization of commercial agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to deliver customized solutions and maintain service excellence.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports on account activities.

Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of three years of proven experience in corporate sales or key account management.

Industry Exposure: Experience working within a diversified, service-oriented, or industrial environment is a distinct advantage.
