The Role

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive – Fabric and Yarn Technology to manage the end-to-end process from buy placement to Costing Run (CR) release. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% data accuracy, upgrading systems, and implementing efficient methods to streamline the development and production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Create and maintain new material records in the system based on development merchant inputs and RMDS. Ensure all data is accurate to facilitate on-time raw material ordering.

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze raw material costs, FOB, SMV, and EPH to ensure Finished Goods (FG) meet required profit margins. Identify and resolve discrepancies before granting production approval via the costing run.

  • Sample Processing: Oversee the Salesman Sample (SS) process upon receipt from the customer. Update relevant information in SAP accurately and timely to ensure samples are completed effectively.

  • Order Execution: Identify specific styles and volumes upon buy receipt. Execute buy processing activities, update PLM and SAP systems, and communicate essential details to relevant stakeholders for a smooth operational flow.

  • Business Intelligence: Generate comprehensive reports to facilitate information transfer across departments and support data-driven management decision-making.


Knowledge and Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Education: A Degree in Textile and Clothing or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience within the apparel or fabric technology sector.

Core Competencies:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate complex costing data and production metrics.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in SAP and PLM systems, with a high degree of comfort in database management and MS Office.

  • Precision: A meticulous approach to data entry with a focus on achieving 100% accuracy.

  • Process Innovation: A proactive mindset geared toward finding quicker and easier methods to enhance system efficiency.
