We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to the Practice Manager – Client Services.


The Role

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operation and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will ensure high system availability, data integrity, and usability, while providing critical functional guidance to our business users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Maintenance

  • System Governance: Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure secure and efficient access.

  • Configuration: Build and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Lightning components.

  • Automation: Configure and manage Salesforce Flows and approval processes to improve operational efficiency.

User Support & Enhancement

  • Incident Management: Resolve user requests and service tickets within agreed SLAs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating escalations.

  • System Release: Support release activities, including testing, deployment validation, and post-release support.

  • User Adoption: Gather requirements from business users and provide functional guidance, training, and documentation to drive adoption.

Data Management & Insights

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain high-impact reports, dashboards, and MIS for business teams.

  • Data Quality: Oversee data cleansing, deduplication, mass updates, and imports/exports to ensure top-tier data standards.

R&D and Pre-Sales Support

  • R&D: Research new Salesforce features and capabilities to stay at the forefront of the platform.

  • Demos: Create demo environments and solution demonstrations to support internal stakeholders and pre-sales discussions.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a similar CRM support role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, platform administration, and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader).

  • Process Knowledge: Experience handling support requests and service tickets in a structured, professional service environment.

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.

  • Added Value: Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or system integrations will be considered a significant advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
