What will I be doing?

As a Commis I (Japanese Cuisine), you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations within the hotel. You will work closely with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality culinary experience that exceeds customer expectations by executing the following tasks:

• Food Production: Ensure consistent, high-quality food production in line with the premium standards expected by Hilton.

• Efficiency: Perform assigned kitchen preparation and cooking tasks in a timely and organized manner.

• Cost Control: Support kitchen profitability and revenue goals through effective portion and food cost controls.

• Team Support: Provide proactive assistance to the wider culinary team and kitchen brigade.

• Hygiene & Safety: Strictly meet and maintain all corporate health, sanitation, and food hygiene requirements.
