The Role

We are looking for a focused and technically-minded Intern – Technical to join our team in Ratmalana. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technical development of intimate apparel, covering everything from pattern-making to the final tech pack preparation for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Pattern Engineering: Utilize both manual and system-based methods to assist in the creation and refinement of patterns.

• Tech Pack Preparation: Assist in the preparation of detailed tech packs to ensure all technical specifications are accurately communicated for production.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage the preparation of dispatch details and documentation when sending technical packages and samples to customers.

• Performance Analysis: Support the team in monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive technical efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education & Technical Skills:

• Education: Currently an Undergraduate pursuing a B.Sc. or NDT in Textile & Clothing Engineering or a related field.

• Pattern-Making: Possess a foundational understanding of basic pattern-making principles.

• IT Literacy: Comfortable working with technical software and standard office applications.

Core Competencies:

• Communication: Sound verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

• Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple technical tasks systematically.

• Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy when handling technical data and specifications.
