The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Shift Executive – Lab to Bulk to manage the critical transition between fabric development and mass production. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that color integrity and technical standards are maintained from the initial lab dip stage through to bulk execution, minimizing shade variations and ensuring high-quality output that meets global customer standards.
Key Responsibilities

Process Coordination: Oversee the lab-to-bulk fabric development lifecycle to ensure a seamless transition from experimental stages to full-scale production.

Color Evaluation: Critically evaluate lab dips and bulk fabric to ensure color matching aligns perfectly with customer requirements and industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise closely with Color Management, Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality Assurance teams to troubleshoot shade variations and resolve technical bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding shade approvals and feedback.

Record Management: Maintain meticulous records of color approvals, shade standards, and technical specifications for future reference and audits.

Continuous Improvement: Support and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, improving color accuracy, and reducing production lead times.
Qualifications and Experience
Education & Knowledge:

Education: A Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology or a related field from a recognized institute.

Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of textile color evaluation, dyeing chemistry, and fabric finishing processes.
Professional Background:

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in color checking, shade approval, or a similar capacity within the textile manufacturing industry.

IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook).
