The Role

Reporting to the Senior Executive – Procurement, you will play a vital role in the SBU’s supply chain. Your primary goal is to ensure that raw material requirements for customer orders are secured on time and at the most competitive prices. By constantly monitoring order progress and initiating proactive corrective actions, you will help maximize profitability and ensure the on-time delivery of bulk orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Fulfillment: Support the procurement process to ensure all raw materials are available for uninterrupted production cycles.

• Timeline Management: Follow the Time & Action (T&A) plan rigorously to achieve 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) for garment shipments.

• Operational Efficiency: Assist in inventory optimization and the reduction of Raw Material (RM) write-offs to protect margins.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external teams to build and maintain lasting relationships with global customers.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Track the status of orders and provide updates to ensure all milestones are met according to plan.

Candidate Profile

Education:

• Currently pursuing or possessing academic/professional qualifications in Statistics, Marketing, Textile Technology, or Fabric Technology.

Skills & Attributes:

• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
