The Role
The Executive – Learning & Development is responsible for managing plant manpower requirements, overseeing the performance management system, and identifying training needs that align with business goals. You will play a vital role in talent growth and ensuring compliance with organizational health and safety policies within the facility.
Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning: Ensure all manpower requirements for the plant are identified and fulfilled in a timely manner.

Performance Management: Facilitate and manage the performance management system for the staff cadre, ensuring a culture of feedback and growth.

Training Execution: Support the development of the annual training calendar and lead the execution of training activities for both staff and associates.

Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities to ensure the workforce is equipped to meet operational goals.

Compliance: Maintain high standards of adherence to organizational health, safety, and HR policy guidelines.
Candidate Profile
Education:
-
Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
-
2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, specifically within Learning & Development or plant operations.

Familiarity with entry-level STEP processes.
Technical Competencies:

Learning and Development (P2): Proficient in designing and executing training initiatives.

Strategic Workforce Planning (P1): Foundation in talent acquisition and manpower management.

HR Operations (P1): Understanding of HR excellence and process integration.

Talent Assessment (P1): Familiarity with assessment tools and performance techniques.

Digital Integration (P1): Comfort with HR technology and digital platforms.
