ICONCAST is headhunting a visionary Architect to join our design-led practice in the heart of Battaramulla. We are looking for a creative strategist who can bridge the gap between bold conceptual thinking and technical buildability. This role is built for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the precision required to see a project through from the initial sketch to site completion. You will be instrumental in shaping high-end residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring that every structure reflects our commitment to aesthetic innovation and functional excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed construction drawings for a diverse range of urban projects.

• Facilitate client consultations to translate lifestyle requirements and commercial goals into sustainable spatial solutions.

• Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants to ensure seamless integration of technical systems within the design intent.

• Manage the statutory approval process, ensuring all designs comply with local building codes and urban development authority regulations.

• Provide rigorous site supervision to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and resolve technical challenges in real-time.

Professional Profile:

• Degree in Architecture with professional accreditation (SLIA or equivalent).

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and high-fidelity 3D visualization software.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of contemporary aesthetics and practical structural knowledge.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead project teams through complex delivery phases.
