The Role

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Information Technology Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring our systems, hardware, and applications run seamlessly to support our guests and staff. You will not only maintain our current infrastructure but also identify innovative solutions to enhance our resort’s operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of all information systems, IT applications, and hardware across the resort.

• Data Centre Operations: Establish and operate the on-site information data centre in strict accordance with Shangri-La Group IT’s global guidelines and policies.

• System Evolution: Lead system upgrades and modifications tailored to the evolving business needs of the hotel.

• User Support & Training: Provide comprehensive technical support and IT training to all internal users to ensure digital proficiency across departments.

• Operational Enhancement: Proactively identify and implement IT solutions designed to streamline and enhance resort operations.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: Preferably holds a certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Relevant experience in IT support or systems administration, ideally within a hospitality or service-oriented environment, is preferred.
