The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary to the Resident Manager. In this dual-impact role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership while acting as a champion for our sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. You will be a key liaison across the hotel, ensuring operational efficiency and organizational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Administration

  • Calendar Management: Oversee schedules and appointments for the Resident Manager to optimize time and resources.

  • Documentation: Prepare accurate reports, professional presentations, and correspondence.

  • Meeting Coordination: Set agendas, record minutes, and manage timely follow-ups for executive meetings.

  • Operational Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement administrative improvements to increase overall productivity.

Sustainability & ESG Advocacy

  • ESG Champion: Lead awareness and engagement for ESG and GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) initiatives across our Singapore properties.

  • Tracking & Compliance: Monitor sustainability goals, maintain essential documentation, and assist in reporting to ensure compliance with global standards.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Support daily office coordination to enhance the operational efficiency of the Executive Office.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: A background in hotel operations is essential to understand industry-specific standards.

  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office and familiar with Opera PMS.

  • Sustainability Focus: A solid understanding of ESG principles and GSTC standards is highly preferred.
