Promotions & Campaign Executive

Job Description : 

• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing activations
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, merchandising, supply chain) to ensure smooth campaign roll-out
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy of promotional communication across all channels
• Liaise with internal teams, designers, printers, and external vendors to deliver communication materials on time
• Maintain promotional calendars, trackers, and documentation
• Monitor store-level execution and compliance of promotions
• Assist with post-promotion analysis and reporting
• Support the development and execution of marketing communications for promotions, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Support campaign concept development through ideation, reference collection, and competitor benchmarking

Candidate Profile : 

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in promotions, marketing coordination, or retail marketing preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of retail or supermarket operations is an advantage
