Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager (Warehouse In-Charge) to take full ownership of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reorganizing, streamlining, and controlling company inventory. You will bring strong, hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse layout optimization, and process improvement to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and absolute accountability across all stock movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Reorganization: Reorganize and optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, improve accessibility, and streamline the daily operational workflow.

• Inventory Control: Implement clear binning, labeling, and SKU identification systems. Maintain meticulous inventory records spanning raw materials, finished goods, accessories, and spare parts.

• Stock Monitoring: Track stock levels, analyze aging inventory, identify slow-moving items, and manage proper inward and outward documentation.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material fulfillment.

• Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits to minimize inventory discrepancies, loss, and material damage.

• Operations & Safety: Enforce warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and strict cleanliness codes.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and organize daily tasks for warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders, while preparing regular inventory status reports for executive management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a Warehouse In-Charge, Warehouse Manager, or Inventory Controller.

• Sector Background: Strong background in inventory reorganization and process setup, preferably within furniture, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industrial sectors.

• Methodology Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory controls, stock aging, and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience using ERP or dedicated inventory management systems (Odoo, NetSuite, or similar platforms are highly preferred).

• Core Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work hands-on and lead by example.
