Core Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable business systems and travel-tech platforms to enhance operational agility.

Drive digital transformation initiatives that automate manual workflows and improve the customer booking journey.

Manage the firm’s IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, data security, and rigorous disaster recovery protocols.

Analyze business requirements to source, customize, and deploy enterprise software solutions that align with strategic goals.

Direct internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver high-stakes digital projects on schedule and within budget.

Monitor emerging technology trends to provide proactive recommendations for system upgrades and hardware investments.
Professional Profile:

Extensive experience in IT management, business systems analysis, or digital transformation, preferably within the travel or service industry.

Deep knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and lead cross-functional projects.
