Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and engage with diverse online communities across social platforms to spark meaningful conversations and build brand affinity.

• Respond to inquiries and comments with a consistent brand voice, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professional tact.

• Assist in the curation of interactive content, including polls, Q&A sessions, and community-driven initiatives.

• Track community sentiment and engagement metrics to provide actionable feedback for the creative strategy team.

• Identify emerging social trends and cultural moments that can be leveraged to increase audience reach and relevance.

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Exceptional command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus) with a flair for creative writing.

• Deep familiarity with platform-specific nuances across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• High levels of empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
