KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Engage in maintenance related projects, support activities, contribute and brainstorming to process improvements and cost saving initiatives.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical electrical and operational issues.
- Provide support in identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed and update repair logs with details of issues identified and solutions applied.
- Assist in planning and tracking preventive maintenance schedules.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree or undergraduate qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with strong industrial background.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical capabilities with an innovative mindset.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
